Division Order & Title Intelligence

TitleIQ extends AlphaWells' AI to the documents that define ownership. It reads recorded instruments, builds the chain of title, calculates interests, and validates that the decimal you are paid is the decimal the records support. Early access is open now.

What TitleIQ Does

From recorded documents to verified ownership.

Chain of Title Construction

AI reads the full recorded record: deeds, mineral and royalty deeds, leases, assignments, probates, releases, easements, and every other conveyance or encumbrance, and assembles the chain of title, tract by tract, with each link traced to its source document.

Interest Calculation

Mineral, royalty, and working interests are computed through the chain, including reservations, fractional conveyances, and life estates, so you can see how today's decimal was derived.

Division Order Validation

Extract decimal interests from division orders and compare them against what the title records and leases support. Discrepancies surface with the supporting documents attached.

Examiner Workflow

Built for human oversight: an examiner-style review surface shows the chain, the flagged gaps, and the evidence, so a landman or attorney can confirm or correct with everything in one place.

Completing the Picture

AlphaWells already processes your revenue statements, JIBs, and leases. TitleIQ adds the foundation: verifying that the interests being paid match what the title record supports. This closes the loop between operations and land records, and feeds the Chain Integrity Score that rates every ownership-and-payment chain. US Patent 12,633,153.
